self love for the soul workshop

Last month, I had the chance to present the 'Self Love for the Soul' workshop in 3 different cities for an amazing organization, The Villages of Indiana INC. I was able to reach over 30 youth who have been placed in the foster system. I was blown away and inspired by the souls I had the opportunity to meet. We were raw, we were vulnerable, and we allowed ourselves to truly be seen. I am so grateful for the opportunity!
