Guided Meditation to Find Peace in Uncertain Times
It’s been a long time since Fe and I have connected with you all. In 2020, Fe became a mommy and I returned to graduate school to finish my Masters Degree; but like all of us, no one could prepare for the events that this year would bring to our world. With that being said, I wanted to take a moment to share some love and peace with you all for this uncertain time. I’m sharing a 15 minute meditation that I found from a beautiful soul who made this for this challenging time in this world. Meditation is a practice of being present, it has many benefits studied my research which can improve your well-being. I have experienced high amounts of distress during these times; trying to be strong for my bonus kids and keep up with my studies while being separated hours away from my family and friends.
For those of you who have not experienced this type of soul support, I encourage you to take some time for yourself in a way you feel comfortable with.
